Year 8 Red

1975 was our first year in Secondary.  The classes have been re-arranged causing a mixture between 8 red and 8 green students.  The class captains for 1975 were Andrew*, Mark, Shaun Micallef, Eddy, Paul McInerney and Eddy S.  After raising the second most points in the fete we had the great honour to see the movie “Battle for the Planet of the Apes”.  Our understanding class co-ordinator was Mr. W.  Excursions this year have been exciting, the first one we went on was “Touring the City” and the second was "Touring Victor Harbour ”.  During the year we had a number of “Talent Quests”, in which the students displayed their rare talents.  We have had a number of new subjects such as Commerce,  D.A. History and Geography, and thank all our teachers for a most stimulating year’s studies.
