Note that "subjective" or creative contest entries are judged anonymously by three members of the site team. Contest entries are submitted to the judging panel without the names of contestant attached, and the panel votes for what tickles their fancy. We like imaginative, funny answers, so the more creative, the more chance you will win!

GENERAL CONTEST RULES AND CONDITIONS
         1. Contests are open to anyone and everyone except the four of us directly involved in the site (so we are actually get the raw deal here, folks!)
         2. Contest winners are ineligible to enter subsequent contests for a period of three months. This is to ensure one or two people do not rack up all the prizes. So if you win in May, you can not enter another contest until September. Comprende?
         3. Contest winners agree to have their names, and hometown listed on the site in order to identify the winners to the public. Your email and contact information will not be publically displayed and used only by us so the site team can contact you.
         4. If a winner lives outside of Australia, you need to understand that the most economical postal methods may be used to ship your prizes, so they may take awhile to get to you.
         5. Francis' Knee is banned from helping you with any trivia questions.

         6. Persons of which this website is about are free to enter the contests (since their entries are usually pretty funny) but it is unlikely they will be able to receive the prize, because if they have to enter contests on their own fan site to win copies of their own work, well, that is just plain weird.         
         7. We're sure there may be other contest legal mumbo jumbo we should be aware of and posting to cover our arses in case someone wants to pick a fight, but at the end of the day, we are just fans like you guys, we have been lucky to have several people out there say yes to our begging requests for free merchandise, and rather than horde it ourselves, we are giving it away to you guys. We hope everyone will remain in the  spirit in which these contests have been intended and look upon them as something fun to participate in. If (and there is always an if in the unpredictable world of the Internet) running contests like this becomes problematic, or someone wants to spit the dummy in a dispute about who won and what prizes, etc, we will have no choice but to pull the contests from the site and discontinue them. We believe in being fair, honest, and trustworthy, and hope that others do as well.
